Price Matching
We do not price match any orders after the order has been billed or shipped.  If you have noticed that a price of have dropped prior to your order being billed and shipped you may call or email our customer service department to request a price adjustment.   
Shipping
 
All orders are processed upon receipt. Actual shipping time is contingent upon availability of merchandise and credit verification by SagaElectronics.com Credit and Fraud Protection & Prevention Department. Most orders are shipped within 5 – 7 business days of receiving your order. Most orders are shipped via FedEx, all Plasma TV's and TV's over 42" in size will be shipped via Freight services and when available, the tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your product ships. We don't ship to APO/FPOs or post office boxes or to hotels. For shipping to HI, AK and PR please call for pricing, no free shipping available for these states. No orders are processed or shipped on Saturdays or Sundays. In the event of delays, every effort will be made to contact you by phone or e-mail. If the delay is due to backorder, you will receive notice and be given the choice to remain on backorder, substitute to another item, or cancel your order. Our site automatically computes shipping charges whenever you place an item in your shopping basket and upon checkout will prompt you to choose the method of delivery you wish. Please note that shipping time is not the same as total delivery time. We need time to process and package your order before we actually ship it, so choosing NEXT DAY AIR does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online.  If you are located over 50 miles from the closest agent delivery times may take 1 - 2 business days extra for delivery.  Packages require signature. FedEx will make 3 attempts at delivery address before returning package to sender.
*** When shipping to an address alternate to the billing we may require you to call your card company and add the alternate information into their notes in order to verify the secondary address before we can process and ship your order. ***

Shipping and Handling are non-refundable. 
 
 
Failed Shipping Attempts
We reserve the right to collect a $50.00 missed delivery fee for all non main carriers (usps, ups, fedex).  The fee is for an attempted delivery for a pre-scheduled delivery where the customer is not at home to receive the products.   
Special Handling
Orders requiring Rush Delivery and/or Special Handling will be subject to additional special handling charges. When we receive an order requiring special handling we will inform you by email. If you would like to request special handling or rush delivery please email our customer service department or call to speak to a SagaElectronics.com representative. Our toll free number is 201.503.0700. On the shopping cart screen, you will see a menu displaying all the different Shipping options available for your order. Next to each delivery option listed is the charge for that option. That way you always see the shipping charge before you enter any of your personal information.
If you require any afterhours shipping or special handling that is out of the shipping companies normal business hours or services a charge may apply directly from the shipping carrier.
 
Canceling an Order
You may cancel the order process at any time by clicking on the Shopping Cart button and deleting each item from your shopping cart.   If you have placed an order and you wish to cancel it prior to shipment you must submit the request via email to:  customerservice@sagaelectronics.com if you need to cancel an order that has already been processed for shipping a restocking fee will be applied up to the maximum of 25% of the order total.
Product Returns
Any merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned for any reason.
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers' warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts and or defective products, subject to the conditions set forth. All products are not acceptable for credit, refund, or exchange and must be repaired by manufacturers' authorized service centers. To locate a service center near you, please refer to your product manual. Car Stereo and electronic equipment should be "bench-tested" PRIOR to installation units that have been installed, scratched, or abused WILL NOT BE accepted for return or credit Extended.  Warranties are non-returnable and therefore non-refundable.
 All returns and exchanges must be authorized by SAGAELECTRONICS.COM and requested within 5 days of delivery.
All returns and cancelations are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the condition of goods and packaging material are not 100% complete and in mint condition we reserve the right to increase the restocking fee. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Cost of returning merchandise is responsibility of customer.   All items being returned to us must be fully insured at the full value of the original sale price.
We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery for a damaged tv.  Failure to notify us on time may result in a denial of claim from the shipping carrier. 
 
For an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) call Customer Service at 201.503.0700.  All Returns require an authorization number. Please note that an RMA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection.
All exchanged/returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the package! We will charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or original box. We reserve the right to refuse any such returns.
Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely.
Write the RMA number issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping carton.
 
Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid! We suggest that you use FedEx Ground Service "Insured". Sorry, we cannot accept COD or freight-collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization.
 
TV/Big Screen/Monitor Purchase Policy (LCD, PLASMA, LED, DLP & PROJECTORS)
TV/Big Screen/Monitor purchases are special orders and can only be canceled prior to the shipment of the order. Customers cannot cancel an order that is en route.
TV/Big Screen/Monitors come with full Manufacturer's Warranties.  Most include in-home service by the Manufacturer.
TV/Big Screen/Monitors are not returnable to SagaElectronics.com if initially defective. They must be serviced by an Authorized Service Technician. SagaElectronics.com can help you locate your nearest Authorized Service Technician.
Upon delivery, it is the consumer's sole responsibility to inspect the TV/Big Screen/Monitor to insure that it is not physically damaged.
DO NOT SIGN the delivery manifest until you have inspected the TV/Big Screen/Monitor. Once you sign for the item, you are signing acceptance of the product "physically as is" and CANNOT refute the charges for a physically damaged unit from that point forward.
If the merchandise is damaged, please make a notation on the delivery manifest, and have the delivery person sign as a witness to the damage and refuse the delivery.
If you are refusing the delivery of the TV and it is not damaged, you are responsible for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges for the delivery BOTH WAYS. Please note that a refund will be issued for the cost of the product only including a 25% restocking fee. You will NOT be reimbursed for the shipping, handling, and insurance charges.
No exchanges on TV's will be accepted.
 
Payment Methods
We currently accept the following forms of payment by credit card: VISA/MASTER CARD/AMERICAN EXPRESS. We do not accept international credit cards and cannot process or ship an order outside of the United States. If payment is made by check or money order, there will be a 7-10 business days processing period for the above mentioned. If you do not want to submit your credit card information online, you may place orders by telephone by calling 201.503.0700.  By submitting your credit card information, you give us permission to charge your purchases to the credit card that you designate.
 
Typographical Errors
We endeavor to publish accurate selling prices for the products we offer. However on occasion we do make mistakes. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, SagaElectronics.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect prices and SagaElectronics.com will not be held responsible for any errors in product detail or descriptions. SagaElectronics.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SagaElectronics.com shall immediately issues a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
 
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SagaElectronics.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Orders placed online utilizing promotional offers by coupons must be placed exclusively by the recipients of such coupons. Such coupons are non-transferable. In the event a coupon is not used in accordance with these terms, SagaElectronics.com reserves the right to cancel the applicable order without prior notice. SagaElectronics.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item, provided that we will credit your credit card account with the appropriate amount or reduce the amount to be charged to you. All orders must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. SagaElectronics.com is a reseller to end user customers and does not accept orders from computer dealers, exporters, wholesalers, or other customers who intend to resell the products offered by sagaelectronics.com
 
Sales and Other Taxes
SagaElectronics.com shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of New Jersey. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state. You agree to pay for any and all other applicable local, state or other taxes (if any) which are required to be collected by law in connection with the purchase of any products by you.
 
Service and Support
All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions. SagaElectronics.com will provide on-line technical notes on most products as well as links to the technical support departments of the manufacturers where available.
 
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability as to Products Sold
All products offered on the SagaElectronics.com web site are guaranteed for 7 days from the date of the invoice. Except as expressly stated herein, SagaElectronics.com is merely a venue for the purchase of various products, and SagaElectronics.com and its parent companies make no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on the SagaElectronics.com web site, including but not limited to, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum aggregate liability to SagaElectronics.com and its parent companies arising from any product sold on the SagaElectronics.com site shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall sagaelectronics.com, its parent companies and their respective directors, officers, employees or other representatives be held liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to any product sold.
